Do you have an outlet store?
No, bazaar.mu does not have an outlet store.
How can I find out about new products?
We update bazaar.mu with our new products as they become available, so you will always have online access to information about our latest products.
How can I be notified or find out when there are promotions?
We update bazaar.mu with our promotional offers and events as well. So again, you’ll have online access to information about our offers. Products on special offers are generally labelled with a ‘SALE’ tag. Our sales and promotion adverts will be found on our Facebook fan page.
How is shipping calculated?
We provide FREE home delivery across the island through either our own carrier or the Mauritius post. This is applicable to select items. If the item is eligible for FREE delivery, it will be shown during checkout.
For all other items, a delivery charge of Rs100 is applicable.
Typical delivery time with our carrier is 1-3 days. With Mauritius post, it is 3-5 days.
Do you offer international shipping and how is it calculated?
bazaar.mu offers international shipping to customers worldwide. Subject to availability, items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of order being placed. International deliveries are carried out by DHL Express.
The cost of delivery is calculated automatically during checkout based on the total weight of the goods and the destination. You will be provided with a tracking number once it is made available by the carrier.
When will I receive my order?
This online ‘bazaar’ was created to provide a convenient, efficient, and reliable way for our customers to purchase our quality products online. When your order is taken online, it is matched with the items in our stock or with other local retailers we work with and shipped within 3 business days. This system supports local retailers while providing you with excellent customer service and prompt shipping by the national post or personal delivery at your chosen address; most orders arrive within 3-5 business days.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay CASH on delivery if you are more comfortable with this method. We undoubtedly understand the need of checking any product prior to its payment. However, this is not applicable to items tagged for FREE Shipping as payment must be made prior to delivery. You can use your credit card - VISA or MASTERCARD, pay via PAYPAL or you can as well make a transfer to our bank account. Please note that delivery time for payments made via bank transfer will be longer.
How do I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 12 hours by calling our customer service on 58 05 80 00. The customer must give the order number to proceed with the cancellation. In the event payment has already been effected online, bazaar.mu will try to reverse the payment into the customer's bank account. Note that you will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% on the purchase amount for each order.
Is my contact or other information safe with bazaar.mu?
We have the utmost respect for your data privacy and we take it seriously. We ensure applying highest standard of security to host and protect your information. We do not sell, share or make your information commercially available to any third party except with your prior permission.
Do you offer gift cards?
We normally do not offer gift cards
Does bazaar.mu offer financing facilities?
We do NOT offer payment/credit facilities.
Do products of bazaar.mu come with a warranty?
This will vary as some suppliers offer warranty on their products, some do not. In the event the product is covered with a warranty, the customer will be informed of same.
